The Place Helps Animals!
The CSPCA has been working with “The Place” program for several years. These aspiring young individuals come to us every summer with eagerness to learn and help the animals and staff at the shelter. For many of them this is their first step towards their dreams of possibly becoming a veterinarian, dog groomer, trainer etc. It is a great pleasure to be able to help these young individuals and watch them grow and understand the needs and responsibilities of caring for and working with
animals. There is such a great need for volunteers to spend time with our animals and help in caring for them. The dogs and cats love and need their help and look forward to seeing the kids and spending time with them. The Staff also gives a big thanks to all of them for their hard work, and eagerness to help. It’s a pleasure to work with all “The Place” kids and we look forward to seeing the new volunteers and the repeat volunteers come back to work with all of us at the shelter. Once again THANK YOU to ALL “THE PLACE” program volunteers.
